Abstract There is a common understanding that megaprojects are important drivers of societal change. Their impact an phenomenon because the influence on both society and economy. Despite best practices all around globe, numerous challenges can move megaproject from programmed success to failure scenario. It create uncertainty over result, as well justification enormous amount resources spent. much research done so far, it still not clear what causes success. However, there seems be no major factors which project judged in developing nation. Hence, this study aims analyse most vital would label being complete accomplishment. The was conducted using quantitative survey. questionnaires were distributed different stakeholders who have participated previous megaproject. questions based Likert’s scale rating analysed relative index (RII). result analysis then used establishing main mega whilst focusing regarded projects unique with certain needs. key finding Project Managers experience co existence other found factor for successful delivery MIPs.
